Vishal earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering before joining Accenture as a Supply Chain Analyst. In this role, he was accountable for various aspects of supply chain management, including inventory planning and optimization, vendor management, procurement, DC capacity analysis and management, logistics management, store planogram design, and merchandising.

Later, Vishal joined Reliance as a demand forecasting and business planning manager, where Vishal honed his managerial skills and accumulated a wealth of experience. He then pursued a prestigious one-year MBA at IIM-Ahmedabad, where he distinguished himself by leading numerous initiatives. He was subsequently placed as a Senior Manager in Production with the Mahindra group. Vishal possesses substantial expertise in both Supply Chain Management and Project Management

Dharshini, who holds a degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, launched her career as the Marketing and Strategic Head for a real estate firm in Tamil Nadu, where she collaborated closely with senior government officials to develop energy infrastructure throughout the region.

She later joined the EIS and IOT division at TCS, where she specialized in the Automotive segment and was instrumental in the development of components for fuel-less vehicles and crafting a launch strategy for new products.

Dharshini went on to pursue a flagship MBA at ISB, where she excelled as a leader, serving as the Head of Advaita and spearheading the ELP project to devise go-to-market strategies for multiple startups. Currently, Dharshini works as a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte.

Shyam possesses a degree in Engineering and Analytics and began his career with a cutting-edge technology start-up incubated at IIT-M, where he cultivated his passion for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

As a Tech Consultant at TCS, Shyam contributed to a variety of projects, including Robotics and Autonomous vehicle design. His interest in Analytics eventually led him to work with structured data and collaborate with TCS' Talent Development unit in generating recommendations for employees on the company's Learning Portal.

Shyam also leveraged his expertise in financial algorithms to predict arbitrage opportunities for some of the world's top banks.

He previously served as the Technical Head for TCS' CSR division and has been recognized for his achievements, including winning several state and national-level debate competitions and earning certification as a public speaker. Currently, Shyam is a Merit-based Scholar pursuing an MBA at NUS.
